My Story

I will be cycling from London to Paris in July 2025 for Leukaemia Care in support of my mother who has recently successfully completed chemotherapy for the disease.

There are around 10,300 new Leukaemia cases in the UK every year and Leukaemia is the 12th most common cancer in the UK, accounting for 3% of all new cancer cases.

In females in the UK, Leukaemia is the 12th most common cancer, with around 4,200 new cases every year and there are around 4,800 Leukaemia deaths in the UK every year, that's 13 every day.

This will be the longest challenge I have done yet, with 540km of cycling over four days (itinerary below).

July 23rd: London - Dover - Dunkirk (130km)

July 24th: Dunkirk - Cambrai (163km)

July 25th: Cambrai - Soissons (117km)

July 26th: Soissons - Paris (130km)

I am hoping to raise £2,000 for Leukaemia Care by the end of May 2025, with all proceeds helping to fight blood cancer.
